Do you have singers at your church who can’t sing Statue of Liberty because of the challenging note range? Hopefully they can sing this patriotic song with the following two changes. (pics below)

A guy in our a church has always sung Statue of Liberty for many years on July 4th Sunday.

This year found him not able to reach the real low or high spots 🙁

So…I tweaked the melody in two places on the first page. I also lowered this patriotic song to A major which better fit his range.

He’s normally a tenor so the lower notes are not his friend but reachable with these two changes. 😉
