This piano arrangment of “In the Garden” illustrates how the church pianist can deviate from the melody quite a bit when accompanying a vocal soloist or instrumentalist such as a violin or flute.

Another lovely arrangement, Jenifer! Usually, when I see things like octaves, four-note chords, and sixteenth-note runs, I move on to something easier….but yours are all so pretty, I just have to keep working on them! Thanks for the inspiration to keep practising 🙂

Is there a way that this could be transposed to the key of D Major? Do you know of a software I may be able to use to transpose the music?

Are you wanting this in D major for flute solo?
I’m having trouble printing “In The Garden” instrumental or vocal accompaniment. I love your arrangement! The notes all show up as half notes and “e.” Am I doing something wrong? Thank you for your help.
